Join this leading organisation, as a Facilities Coordinator you will support Reception, Facilities, and Procurement administration across national offices, ensuring smooth daily operations and exceptional service delivery. Working closely with the Facilities team, you’ll help maintain safe, functional, and welcoming work environments for staff and visitors. As this is a client-facing position, professional presentation is essential at all times
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide responsive and approachable support to all stakeholders, managing facilities requests and enquiries efficiently.
  • Oversee maintenance activities and contractor services to ensure all buildings, systems, and equipment operate safely and effectively.
  • Uphold workplace health, safety, and compliance standards, including contractor management and emergency preparedness.
  • Maintain accurate documentation, processes, and records to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.
  • Apply sound judgment and procurement practices when sourcing and managing external service providers.
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven background in facilities coordination and front-of-house operations.
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail and a proactive, hands-on approach.
  • Collaborative team player with the ability to build positive relationships and influence effectively.
  • Commercially aware with solid financial understanding and practical problem-solving skills.
