Facilities Officer (Operations Support) – Contract 6–12 Months

We are seeking a Facilities Officer
to join a supportive and collaborative facilities team. This is a hands on role, perfect for someone personable, approachable, and confident in handling day-to-day operational issues.
What You’ll Do
- Manage and process invoices.
- Conduct building inspections and troubleshoot issues
- Coordinate with multiple stakeholders (internal team, reception, and external partners).
- Draft and send clear communications.
- Provide general support to the facilities team, including stores and equipment.
- Attend weekly meetings with external partners and liaise closely with reception.
- Personable and professional, with strong stakeholder management skills.
- Previous facilities experience required.
- Knowledge of Essential Safety Measures (ESM) is desirable but not essential.
- Able to work confidently, independently, and as part of a team.
- Available to start immediately or within 1–2 weeks.
- Duration: 6–12 months (contract).
- Days: Ideally 4 days/week (Mon–Thu). May consider 3 days/week; potential to increase to 5 days (with the option to WFH one day).
- $45 PH
