This well-established full-service firm advises a full range of clients and fosters a forward-thinking and collaborative approach to its operation. The firm boast a fantastic culture across their offices and are looking to add another member to their established leadership team.
THE ROLE
The successful candidate will lead and develop an existing family law department with a balanced team across seniority levels. The role is ideal for a senior associate or a special counsel looking to progress into a leadership rol, where there is an existing team of lawyers and full administrative support.
There is a clearly defined road-map to directorship within the firm if of interest to the successful candidate.
The role is ideal for someone who is keen to drive the direction of the department, help mentor junior staff, and involve themselves with business development.
ABOUT YOU
To be considered for the role, you will be an experienced Family Lawyer with a demonstrated track record across a range of family law matters, mentoring experience, and business development successes.
- Senior Family Lawyer who is already within a leadership role, or is looking to step into a leadership role.
- Ability to train, manage, and develop junior colleagues.
- Desire to be a part of the leadership group and help drive the strategic direction of the firm.
You will be joining a firm with a high performing team but a genuinely down to earth and supportive team culture.
Hybrid/Flexible working with working from home arrangements.
With no strict salary bandings, you will be rewarded for client introductions to the firm.
