Salary up to 95k Package

THE FIRM
A well established and highly regarded law firm in Dandenong are seeking a Legal Assistant to join their plaintiff insurance team. You will enjoy a high value and varied caseload and will be joining a large team.

THE ROLE
You can expect to work within a plaintiff insurance department where you can hit the ground running, contribute, and build on the firms wider success. You will enjoy exposure to complex files and to work alongside senior lawyers

• General administrative duties including document preparation, photocopying, and drafting.
• Preparation of court documents.
• Client contact
• Liaising with third parties such as medical experts and barristers
• File management of electronic files.

ABOUT YOU

To be considered for the role, you must have experience within plaintiff insurance, have a high level of attention to detail and the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks while maintaining quality.

• A minimum of 2 years working within plaintiff insurance
• Full time availability 
• Have unrestricted working rights
