This is a fixed term role to July 2026, based in Wellington, with a salary range of $115-145K p.a.. Step into a sole-charge role where your expertise in public sector accountability documents and performance reporting will directly influence executive and board-level decision-making facilitating interpretation of the measures. You’ll lead the development of key accountability documents and drive strategic monitoring and evaluation frameworks across the organisation.
Mōu | About you
You’re confident working independently, with a knack for interpreting the measures and turning complex data into clear, actionable insights. You bring 4–6 years’ experience in accountability documents, performance reporting & evaluation, or policy, and have produced accountability documents for government audiences.

- Proven experience in performance reporting and strategic insights
- Skilled in preparing public sector accountability documents (Statements of Intent, quarterly and annual reports)
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Comfortable operating as the sole adviser in this space
