What you’ll do:

• Lead and support a high-performing social media production team, fostering creativity and efficiency.
• Oversee end-to-end production of digital content — from concept to delivery — ensuring high-quality output across all channels.
• Collaborate with design, strategy, and media teams to deliver cross-channel campaigns that engage and convert.
• Manage client relationships, budgets, and production workflows to ensure projects are on time and on brief.
• Implement and refine systems and workflows using tools like Notion, Meltwater, Slack, and Google Drive.
• Analyse content performance and use data-driven insights to enhance future strategies.

• Proven experience producing social and digital content across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
• Deep understanding of social storytelling, platform best practices, and audience engagement.
• Strong leadership skills with experience mentoring and managing teams.
• Confidence managing budgets, timelines, and creative workflows.
• Proficiency in tools like Notion, Slack, Google Drive, Meltwater, and social analytics platforms.
