Technology Trainer

THE ROLE:
As a Technology Trainer, you will play a key role in supporting staff across the firm with technology and systems training. Your responsibilities will include:
-Delivering induction training to new starters on core systems and software
-Collaborating with IT, Knowledge, and Transformation teams to identify gaps and propose enhancements in workflows and system usage
-Designing and facilitating refresher sessions, as well as training on system updates and new technology rollouts
-Monitoring and evaluating training effectiveness and making adjustments where needed
-Developing and maintaining training manuals, guides, and resources to support staff learning
-Staying up-to-date with new software releases, updates, and best practices to advise the business on relevant improvements

ABOUT YOU:
The ideal candidate will have:
-Proven experience delivering technology or systems training, ideally within a law firm 
-Advanced Microsoft Office skills and the ability to quickly learn new systems
-Strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
-A collaborative, proactive, and approachable working style
-Ability to assess training needs and provide practical recommendations for system improvements
