What you’ll do:

• Lead day-to-day client relationships across social and digital content campaigns.
• Manage content delivery from concept to execution, ensuring projects land on time and on brand.
• Collaborate with creators, strategists, and producers to bring bold ideas to life.
• Monitor campaign performance and deliver clear, actionable insights.
• Mentor junior team members and play a role in growing client partnerships.

• Solid experience in account management within social, influencer, or digital-first environments.
• Confidence building relationships with clients, creators, and stakeholders.
• Ability to drive revenue growth by identifying opportunities to increase partnerships, lead commercial discussions.
• Strong project management skills with a focus on detail, budgets and deadlines.
• A passion for social platforms, content, and influencer culture.
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, and evolving environment.
• Proven success in revenue generation and deep udnerstanding of the Australian digital media landscape including Influencer marketing and content creation.
