We’re after someone who:
- Has a background in sales, account management, or business development
- Ideally brings experience in airfreight or freight forwarding
- Can show a strong track record in cargo charter sales and generating new leads
- Holds a degree
- Builds strong relationships and genuinely enjoys working with clients
- Communicates confidently and ability to speak another language is a nice advantage
- Is driven, curious, and keen to grow in a new industry
- Works hard, adapts quickly, and doesn’t mind the occasional odd hours
- Stays organised and can manage several priorities at once
- Is comfortable working towards targets and KPIs
- Can stay calm, focused, and effective when things get busy
- Has a valid Australian driver’s licence
- Is open to travelling when required

- Strong networker with a collaborative, solutions-focused approach.
- Experience with logistics or aviation service competitors is a plus.
