About the Role:
Join one of Australia’s most progressive legal firms in a role that combines strategy, creativity and relationship building. As a Business Development Specialist, you will be the key driver of growth initiatives and a trusted advisor to partners and practice groups.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic business development plans with practice group heads
- Provide partners with advice on profile building and growth opportunities
- Identify client opportunities and deliver compelling, commercial responses
- Support client relationship initiatives including pitch debriefs and listening sessions
- Contribute to client growth while building your expertise in advisory and strategy
Ideal Candidate:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in business development or professional services
- Degree in marketing, business, communications, law or a related discipline
- Strong strategic thinking and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative environment
