We are partnering with a well-established boutique firm to recruit a Conveyancer who can take ownership of residential settlement matters and assist with broader property and estate-planning work.

The Opportunity
In this role, you will manage a portfolio of residential conveyancing files from pre-contract through to settlement, while also providing paralegal support across property matters and assisting with simple Wills drafting. You will enjoy a mix of hands-on file management, client liaison, and administrative support within a genuinely supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage residential conveyancing and settlement matters end-to-end
- Prepare and process contracts, transfer documents, PEXA settlements and correspondence
- Liaise with clients, real estate agents, banks, and third parties
- Conduct relevant searches, manage key dates, and ensure compliance
- Provide paralegal support across property matters as required
- Assist with simple Wills and estate-planning documentation
- Experience in conveyancing or residential settlements (essential)
- Strong file management and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and client-service skills
- Ability to work both independently and within a small team
- Confident using conveyancing software and general legal systems
