  • Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

Are you an experienced corporate receptionist who thrives in a fast-paced environment? people2people have partnered with a leading professional services firm, seeking a polished and proactive individual to join their Brisbane office in a standalone reception role.

About the Role

This is a key front-of-house position where you will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors. You will manage the reception area with professionalism and efficiency, ensuring a seamless experience for all stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage incoming calls for the national hub
  • Welcome and assist visitors, maintaining the visitor registry
  • Handle incoming and outgoing deliveries
  • Coordinate meeting room bookings and catering requirements
  • Order office supplies and maintain kitchen facilities
  • Manage spreadsheets and provide general administrative support to the team
About You
To succeed in this role, you will bring:
  • Strong corporate reception experience within a professional services environment
  • Exceptional communication skills and a polished, professional approach
  • Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
  • High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
