Are you an experienced corporate receptionist who thrives in a fast-paced environment? people2people have partnered with a leading professional services firm, seeking a polished and proactive individual to join their Brisbane office in a standalone reception role.
About the Role
This is a key front-of-house position where you will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors. You will manage the reception area with professionalism and efficiency, ensuring a seamless experience for all stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming calls for the national hub
- Welcome and assist visitors, maintaining the visitor registry
- Handle incoming and outgoing deliveries
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and catering requirements
- Order office supplies and maintain kitchen facilities
- Manage spreadsheets and provide general administrative support to the team
