We are looking for candidates seeking Temporary & Contract positions.
Some of our roles start at just a few days and can be up to 12-month Temp to Perm positions!
Some of your general responsibilities may include:
- Welcoming and assisting all visitors and clients in a professional manner
- Handling incoming calls and reception inboxes, redirecting as required
- Coordinating meeting rooms, events, and catering for internal and external stakeholders
- Liaising with building management and facilities teams
- Maintaining tidy and presentable communal and front-of-house spaces
- Managing incoming orders and maintaining office supplies
- Previous experience in a corporate reception or front-of-house role
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- High attention to detail and professional presentation
- Ability to multitask in a busy, client-facing environment
- Enthusiastic, reliable, and team-oriented attitude
