Are you ready to join a growing business and play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences? Due to business growth and the launch of new brands, we are seeking Sales Support / Customer Service professionals to join our dynamic team in Oakleigh. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity with genuine potential for long-term career development.

The Role
• Manage high volume inbound calls and emails, providing end-to-end customer support for premium products
• Process orders accurately and efficiently using Pronto ERP
• Handle complex customer enquiries requiring judgment and real-time problem-solving
• Support Account Managers with troubleshooting and issue resolution
• Coordinate inventory, stock allocation, and warehousing processes
• Maintain accurate records and deliver outstanding service across all touchpoints

About You
We are looking for confident, proactive individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and bring:
• Strong customer service experience in high-pressure settings
• Ability to manage high call and email volumes with professionalism
• Excellent communication skills and a positive phone manner
• Strong problem-solving ability and adaptability
• Experience with ERP systems (Pronto highly regarded) and Microsoft Office

What’s on Offer
Salary:$65,000 – $68,000 + super (temp equivalent during contract period)
Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:30am–4:30pm (occasional Saturday work, overtime paid)
Location: Oakleigh – free onsite parking
