Customer Service Representative – Radio Station (Pyrmont)
Temporary role | Monday–Friday, 2:30pm–6:00pm | $36 per hour
We’re seeking a friendly and professional Customer Service Representative to join a well-known radio station based in Pyrmont. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and has a passion for media or broadcasting.
 Key Responsibilities: 
Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate team members
Provide general administrative support to the radio team
Assist the sports show crew with day-to-day tasks
Handle ad hoc office and reception duties as required
 About You: 
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Confident phone manner and strong attention to detail
Ability to multitask and stay organised in a dynamic environment
Previous customer service or reception experience is highly regarded
