Ecommerce Coordinator

About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-focused Ecommerce Coordinator to join our team on a twelve-month contract. This role supports the growth and smooth running of our online marketplace activities, helping to develop new opportunities, streamline daily operations and resolve issues across our marketplace and dropship partnerships. Working closely with colleagues across finance, logistics and customer accounts, the coordinator plays a key part in ensuring our digital presence is accurate, efficient, and commercially effective.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the day-to-day operation of online sales channels, ensuring a consistent and high-quality customer experience from initial enquiry through to fulfilment.
  • Maintain reliable and accurate product information across all platforms, including pricing, availability and content quality.
  • Support digital merchandising by ensuring product listings are clear, informative, and aligned with brand standards.
  • Build and nurture positive relationships with external partners, acting as a central point of contact for operational queries and ongoing collaboration.
  • Work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to review performance, share updates and explore opportunities for process improvements.
  • Identify and support commercial opportunities, including potential new partnerships and expanded product offerings.
  • Contribute to revenue growth by engaging with existing and prospective customers through established networks.
About You:
  • Familiarity with online marketplace selling platforms and their operational requirements.
  • Strong stakeholder management abilities, with confidence working across internal teams and external partners.
  • Resilient, adaptable and motivated by achieving positive outcomes.
  • Experience in managing projects or accounts, with a structured and organised approach to delivery.
  • Proven ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
