Are you an experienced event marketer looking for a flexible role with real impact? This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and take ownership of event marketing. You’ll play a key role in planning, coordinating, and delivering successful exhibitions and trade shows that showcase the brand.
What’s on offer:
- 15 hours per week (ideally spread across the week)
- Additional hours during event weeks available
- Competitive hourly rate: £15–£19
- Potential to expand into broader EU marketing support
Your day-to-day will include:
- Managing all event logistics and administration, from quotes and payments to supplier scheduling and passes
- Developing and executing pre-event marketing campaigns to drive engagement and booth traffic
- Coordinating marketing collateral (brochures, giveaways, branded materials)
- Overseeing booth design and layout to create an engaging visitor experience
- Acting as the go-to contact during events, troubleshooting and ensuring smooth operations
- Posting live updates on social media to boost visibility and engagement
- Attending events across the UK to manage setup and on-site activities
About you:
- Proven experience in event planning for exhibitions or trade shows
- Strong marketing skills with a focus on strategic promotion
- Highly organised with excellent multitasking abilities
- Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills
- Comfortable travelling for events (London-based or nearby preferred)
