What You’ll Be Doing
- Provide high-level administrative and secretarial support to the Partner and team.
- Manage emails, files, and documentation with precision and efficiency.
- Act as the first point of contact for clients, handling enquiries with discretion and professionalism.
- Coordinate diaries, meetings, and appointments to keep everything running smoothly.
- Draft and format legal documents and correspondence with accuracy.
- Assist with end-of-month billing and financial documentation.
- Support day-to-day operations through general administrative tasks such as filing and archiving.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience as a Legal Personal Assistant in family law.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment.
- A proactive, professional approach and strong interpersonal skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
