The Role
Reporting to the C-Suite, you’ll oversee finance operations and lead a small team across finance/admin. Responsibilities include:
- Financial reporting, month-end, compliance and KPI tracking
- AP/AR oversight, invoicing, billing adjustments, debt collection
- Leading Finance/Admin team handling procurement & purchasing
- Budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling
- Partnering with operations teams and external advisors (external Accountant and payroll provider)
- CPA/CA qualification
- Experience in an inventory-driven or service-based industries such as equipment or consulting/professional services
- Experience in a growing SME businesses, improving accounting processes and creating efficiencies
- Strong financial accounting and analytical skills
- Confident communicator and relationship builder who can partner across the business
- Advanced MS Excel and MYOB experience preferred
- High-impact role with exposure to senior leadership
