The Role:
This firm is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join their dynamic Finance team on a temporary to permanent basis. You will play a key role in managing financial operations and providing strategic insights to support decision-making. This is a fast-paced, challenging position offering exposure to senior stakeholders and the opportunity to influence firm-wide financial performance.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing cashflow forecasting and monitoring daily/monthly cash requirements
- Preparing monthly forecasts and assisting with annual budgets
- Delivering accurate and timely financial reporting and management presentations
- Overseeing annual and month-end accounting processes
- Managing the insurance program and trust compliance
- Building strong relationships with partners, auditors, and banking institutions
About You:
The ideal candidate for this position will possess the following:
- CA/CPA qualified with prior Finance Management experience in professional services, ideally with FP&A exposure in the legal sector.
- Full working rights in Australia
- Strong leadership and people management experience
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- Available to start immediately
