The Company:

We are recruiting a Finance Officer on a temporary basis to cover annual leave, commencing Monday 24th November until Friday 6th February 2026. You will work from their Melbourne CBD-based office.
The Role:
Accounts Receivable:
- Generating daily invoices and credit notes
- Issuing monthly invoices and credit notes at month-end
- Handling phone enquiries
- Manual data entry and coding of invoices in Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Setting up new vendors
- Following up on discrepancies
- Conducting electricity usage analysis
- High attention to detail and accurate data entry skills
- Experience in accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Intermediate excel skills are essential
