- HR Advisor - $125K - $140K + super

Join this unique business as a HR Advisor where you will work closely with the HRM and have exposure to c-suite interactions and business strategy discussions to allow you to provide hands-on support across all areas of the employee lifecycle. Working closely with the key stakeholders, this role contributes to the rollout of HR initiatives, systems, and policies that strengthen organisational performance.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with managing Employee Relations matters, benefits, and recognition programs that foster engagement and wellbeing.
- Maintain accurate HR and payroll data, contributing to regular reporting and continuous process improvement.
- Support end-to-end recruitment and onboarding activities, ensuring a smooth and professional employee experience.
- Coordinate induction programs, performance reviews, and development initiatives to build staff capability.
- Prepare and manage employment documentation, offboarding processes, and HR compliance requirements.
- Help deliver internal communications and staff events that strengthen connection, collaboration, and company culture.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a generalist HR position, with strong administrative and organisational capability.
- Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritise competing deadlines.
- Professional, proactive, and solutions-focused approach with a commitment to collaboration and continuous learning.
- Maintains confidentiality and demonstrates sound judgement when managing sensitive information.
- Current driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
