  • HR Coordinator
  • 5 days onsite split in Ultimo/Parramatta/Castle Hill
  • Upto $47.50 per hour

As a HR Coordinator you will provide high-quality administrative and operational assistance to the HR team across all functional areas, including Business Partnering, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, and HR Operations. The position plays a key role in ensuring seamless and efficient HR service delivery. The HR Coordinator must be comfortable going between 3 sites across Ultimo, Parramatta and Castle Hill

Key responsibilities:
• Provide administrative and systems support across HR functions, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures, and assisting with onboarding and recruitment logistics.
• Manage and maintain HR records and documentation, including personnel files, position descriptions, establishment data, and organisational charts.
• Prepare a range of HR communications, such as reports, briefings, correspondence, and other documentation on both a regular and ad hoc basis.
• Support HR initiatives and employee engagement programs in collaboration with HR Business Partners, People Managers, and the Head of HR.
• Contribute to cross-functional projects and organisational initiatives, working effectively with teams across the business to support broader goals.

Skills and Experience:
• HR experience in Government is desirable but not essential
• Proficient in HR processes, systems, and HRIS platforms.
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and deadline management.
• Clear communicator with effective interpersonal skills.
• Skilled in preparing HR documents, reports, and correspondence.
• Experience supporting HR projects, recruitment, and onboarding
