Are you a detail-oriented administrator with a passion for safety and compliance? We’re seeking a proactive HSEQ Administrator
to support the Health, Safety, Environment & Quality (HSEQ) function across multiple logistics sites in Melbourne’s west.
About the Role
This is a hands-on administrative role supporting the HSEQ team across three key warehouse locations. You’ll play a vital part in maintaining compliance, managing documentation, and ensuring training and safety standards are met across all sites. This is a 6 MONTH CONTRACT with high potential to extend.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update the HSEQ Management System and documentation.
- Liaise with Site Managers to manage training matrices and ensure staff compliance.
- Administer training programs and maintain accurate records.
- Control and archive company records and site-specific documentation.
- Review and update Safe Work Instructions (SWIs), Work Instructions (WIs), and Risk Assessments.
- Support WHS audits and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Strong administrative and organisational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Advanced computer skills (MS Word, Excel, etc.).
- Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders.
- Previous experience in logistics or warehousing is highly regarded.
- Must be comfortable travelling between Altona, Mickleham, and Tullamarine.
