Are you a detail-oriented legal administrator or secretary with a passion for innovation and technology? We’re seeking a proactive and highly organised Innovation Assistant to join a dynamic Practice Innovation and Knowledge team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to pivot into a creative and impactful role within the legal sector.

About the Role
Reporting to the Manager of Practice Innovation and Knowledge, you’ll play a key role in supporting innovation initiatives across the firm. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing administrative and project support to the Australian Innovation Committee
- Assisting with the setup and management of collaboration platforms such as HighQ and SharePoint
- Supporting knowledge management and process mapping to identify business improvement opportunities
- Assisting with prototyping legal tech applications and business software
- Contributing to design thinking workshops, sprints, and hackathons

About You
You’ll thrive in this role if you bring:
- Strong communication and project coordination skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office
- High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks
- A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively with internal stakeholders
- Experience with HighQ, SharePoint coding, or generative AI applications (desirable but not essential)
