Interim Financial Controller

  • US Private Equity backed Technology business 
  • 3 month interim role - Lead a large Transactional team
  • Manage day to day Financial Operations, Drive performance 
As the interim Financial Controller of this, US Private Equity backed Tech business you will lead and mentor a large transactional team, whilst driving innovation and process improvement. The Role 
Reporting to the Director of Finance, the responsibilities of the role will include, 
  • Reporting the Group's results to Senior Finance Executives 
  • Providing business case and scenario analysis for business decision making
  •  Oversee monthly financial reporting and ensure data accuracy and integrity 
  • Review high risk GL accounts and manage to reduce risk 
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and implement 
  • Oversee and support transactional services team 
  • Leadership and management, developing individual performance objectives 
  • Recruitment and on-boarding 
  • Oversee internal and external Audit and liaison 
About You 
The successful applicant will have/be, 
  • CA or CPA qualified with experience in a similar role within a large complex environment 
  • Well developed leadership, coaching and mentoring abilities 
  • Proven Change Management experience 
  • Ability to drive and meet tight reporting deadlines 
  • Well developed stakeholder management and engagement
