This is a role where you can truly make it your own. There’s plenty of scope to refine existing programs and introduce new initiatives that support both individual and organisational growth.

About You

Key Duties & Responsibilities
  • Design, implement and manage learning and development programs across the organisation.
  • Deliver engaging training sessions, workshops and onboarding for new starters.
  • Support leadership development, coaching, mentoring, and succession planning initiatives.
  • Collaborate with senior management to identify skills gaps and development opportunities.
  • Coordinate evaluation of training programs and continuously improve content and delivery.
  • Manage learning administration systems and track participation and outcomes.
  • Act as a trusted advisor on best practice L&D and organisational development initiatives.
Why Join?
  • Be part of a dynamic and growing People & Culture team.
  • Enjoy a flexible work environment with up to 2 days per week from home.
  • Competitive salary.
  • Health and wellness initiatives.
  • Opportunities to shape and drive L&D strategy within a highly respected organisation.
  • Ongoing study and education assistance.
  • Collaborative, supportive and vibrant workplace culture.
