The Role:
The role is a two month temp assignment with a view to transition into something more permanent. You are working as a Legal Executive Assistant, where you will support several Partners in a commercial law practice
Your duties will include:
- Diary management
- Arranging and coordinating meetings and travel
- Liaising with clients
- Typing and collation of various legal documents
- Expense claims
- File management
- Board meeting preparation
- Ad hoc personal diary management
To Be Successful:
You will be an experienced, proactive, and committed Legal or Executive Assistant with proven experience supporting senior Partners. This role would be well suited to an experienced Legal Assistant looking for a step up.
You will possess the following skills and attributes:
- Exceptional organisational skills coupled with an eye for detail
- A strong work ethic with a commitment to going above and beyond
- Innovative mindset
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (particularly Outlook, Word and Excel)
