THE ROLE:
This exciting new role will have you joining and supporting a dynamic property law team as an experienced Licensed Conveyancer. You will oversee a range of responsibilities from start to finish, including:
-Oversee a range of property transactions, predominately residential and commercial.
-Draft, review, and finalize contracts and related legal documents through to settlement.
-Use PEXA to complete electronic conveyancing processes efficiently.
-Act as the primary point of contact for clients, agents, lenders, and other stakeholders, ensuring a smooth transaction experience.
-Provide guidance and updates to clients at each stage of their matter.
-Carry out administrative tasks such as document preparation, printing, and scanning for larger matters.
-Collaborate with colleagues to support a positive and solutions-focused team culture
ABOUT YOU:
To be considered a desirable candidate for this position, you should possess the following qualifications and attributes:
-A conveyancing license
-A minimum of 3 years of conveyancing experience
-Exceptional organizational skills with a sharp eye for detail
-The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-Proficiency in using PEXA and LEAP
