We’re recruiting for a leading international manufacturer seeking a proactive Logistics Coordinator to support logistics, freight, and spare parts operations within their Australian head office. If you enjoy fast-paced work, problem-solving, and keeping goods moving smoothly, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments
- Manage logistics for spare parts, including receipting and dispatch
- Prepare shipping and customs documentation
- Track shipments and resolve delays or discrepancies
- Maintain accurate records for inventory, freight, and logistics activities
- Work closely with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams
- Previous experience in logistics coordination
- Strong communication, organisation, and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Experience with SAP or Oracle (desirable, not essential)
