Salary: £45,000 – £55,000 DOE
Schedule: 4.5-day working week


About the Role

People2people are recruiting for a Marketplace Manager to take ownership of a growing Amazon business with a fantastic product! This role will be overseeing everything from sales performance and stock management to listings optimisation. This is a hands-on role where you’ll combine analytical skills, commercial awareness, and leadership ability to drive marketplace success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimise product listings across Amazon (and other marketplaces as needed).
  • Track and analyse sales, stock levels, and trends to maximise performance and minimise inefficiencies.
  • Use tools such as Helium 10 (or a similar platform) to monitor rankings, keywords, and product performance.
  • Lead and support a small team, providing direction and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Oversee a large SKU base (150+) and ensure effective management of listings, pricing, and stock availability.
  • Identify growth opportunities through data insights and performance reporting.
About You
  • Proven experience managing Amazon Seller accounts (Vendor Central experience a plus).
  • Strong Excel skills and confidence working with data to inform decisions.
  • Experience managing others (at least one direct report).
  • Comfortable handling a large catalogue of products.
  • Highly organised with great attention to detail.
  • A creative and curious mindset, someone who enjoys working with unique, interesting products.
 
 Essential Extras
  • 5 day working week, finish at 1pm every Friday. Please note Monday – Thursday each week is based in the office, Friday morning is worked from home.
  • £45,000 - £55,000p/a salary depending on experience
