Marketplace Manager
Salary: £45,000 – £55,000 DOE
Schedule: 4.5-day working week
About the Role
People2people are recruiting for a Marketplace Manager to take ownership of a growing Amazon business with a fantastic product! This role will be overseeing everything from sales performance and stock management to listings optimisation. This is a hands-on role where you’ll combine analytical skills, commercial awareness, and leadership ability to drive marketplace success.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimise product listings across Amazon (and other marketplaces as needed).
- Track and analyse sales, stock levels, and trends to maximise performance and minimise inefficiencies.
- Use tools such as Helium 10 (or a similar platform) to monitor rankings, keywords, and product performance.
- Lead and support a small team, providing direction and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
- Oversee a large SKU base (150+) and ensure effective management of listings, pricing, and stock availability.
- Identify growth opportunities through data insights and performance reporting.
- Proven experience managing Amazon Seller accounts (Vendor Central experience a plus).
- Strong Excel skills and confidence working with data to inform decisions.
- Experience managing others (at least one direct report).
- Comfortable handling a large catalogue of products.
- Highly organised with great attention to detail.
- A creative and curious mindset, someone who enjoys working with unique, interesting products.
Essential Extras
- 5 day working week, finish at 1pm every Friday. Please note Monday – Thursday each week is based in the office, Friday morning is worked from home.
- £45,000 - £55,000p/a salary depending on experience
