Full-time onsite | Permanent | Sydney CBD
Must have full working rights and be able to work 8.30am - 5pm Monday to Friday in the office.
Are you an organised, upbeat and dependable admin all-rounder who loves being the backbone of a busy office? This is a rare opportunity to join a small, high-performing team where your loyalty, initiative and long-term commitment are genuinely valued and recognised.
In this role, you won’t be lost in a large organisation — you’ll be an essential part of a tight-knit business that celebrates stability, supports each other, and thrives on professionalism, positivity and shared success.
If you’re looking for a place to stay, grow in capability (not hierarchy) and be truly appreciated, this could be your perfect long-term home.
About the Role Reporting directly to the Principal, this role is responsible for keeping the office running smoothly day-to-day and supporting the wider team with administration, documentation, sales support and client-ready materials.
You’ll be the go-to person for organisation, quality control and ensuring the team has everything they need. It’s a varied, busy role suited to someone who enjoys being indispensable, staying one step ahead and taking pride in exceptional standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage CRM data, filing, document control and office systems
- Coordinate office operations including supplies, procedures and maintenance
- Prepare high-quality documents using MS Office suite (Excel, Word, Powerpoint) for clients: proposals, briefs, presentations and reports
- Provide reliable admin support to a small team of experts
- Assist with sales support and managing documentation across the full project life cycle
- Liaise with building management, cleaners and third-party suppliers
- Maintain the office to a professional, visitor-ready standard
- Experience supporting a team with confident stakeholder engagement
- Strong MS Word & Excel skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills
- Clear communication and a confident, professional manner
- A proactive, self-driven approach — someone who sees what needs doing and gets it done
- Maturity, reliability and a genuine desire for long-term stability
- Ability to juggle competing priorities while maintaining quality
- Confidence to work autonomously
- You’ll be part of a close, supportive, hardworking team
- Your loyalty, reliability and contribution will be recognised and valued
- No corporate layers, no bureaucracy — your work matters every day
- A culture built on honesty, teamwork, positivity and delivering exceptional outcomes
- Long-term role for someone who wants to stay, not someone seeking rapid career progression
