They’re looking for an Operations Administrator to own the end-to-end post-sales process and help shape best-practice workflows as part of the initial team. This is your chance to join a business in growth mode and make a real impact.
What You’ll Do
- Coordinate deliveries, collections, and installations of battery and hybrid power units.
- Maintain accurate records of fleet availability, hire status, and service schedules.
- Prepare documentation including job sheets, purchase orders, and compliance records.
- Liaise with clients, suppliers, and logistics partners to ensure smooth operations.
- Support reporting on fleet performance and operational metrics.
- Experience in operations, logistics, or administration (construction or equipment hire a plus).
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and operational systems.
- Experience with Hubspot or similiar CRM.
- A proactive mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Interest in renewable energy and sustainable technologies.
