About the Role:  
You will provide direct support to the Director of the firm, assisting across a mix of litigation and commercial work. This role suits someone confident managing files independently, comfortable working one-on-one with a senior lawyer, and looking for flexibility in their week. 
Once trained, you will have the option to work from home most of the time, while still being part of a small, supportive team. 

Your Responsibilities:
 
  • Drafting and preparing court documents, affidavits, and correspondence 
  • Managing discovery and hearing preparation 
  • Liaising directly with clients, counsel, and external stakeholders 
  • Assisting with commercial document drafting and file management 
  • Overseeing key deadlines, billing, and file organisation 
About You:  
  • Previous experience as a Paralegal in litigation (commercial or general disputes) 
  • High attention to detail and strong drafting skills 
  • Confident communicating with senior stakeholders 
  • Proactive, organised, and comfortable working autonomously 
  • Strong technical and document management skills
