- Travel coordination and logistics
- Answering and directing incoming calls
- Greeting visitors with professionalism and warmth
- Managing meeting rooms, including video conferencing setup (Zoom and Teams)
- Handling mail and courier services
- General office management duties
Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in a similar administrative or reception role
- Punctual, reliable, and able to manage competing priorities
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Outlook calendar, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
