Te whiwhinga mahi | The Opportunity This is a fantastic opportunity for a Payroll Officer with 2+ years’ experience to step up and gain exposure to both Australian and New Zealand payrolls. You’ll manage weekly, fortnightly, and monthly pay cycles, while deepening your knowledge of payroll tax, PAYG reconciliations, and compliance.
Mōu | About you You’re detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and ready to grow. You bring a solid understanding of payroll legislation and have worked with an Australian payroll previously understanding EBAs and Modern Awards. You’re confident with Excel and ideally have experience with Xero, Employment Hero, or Salesforce.

- 2+ years’ experience in end-to-end payroll processing (AUS/NZ).
- Strong knowledge of Fair Work, superannuation, and tax compliance.
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills (data reconciliation essential).
- Experience managing onboarding/offboarding workflows.
- Exposure to Xero, Employment Hero, or Salesforce highly regarded.
