  • Up to $50 - $55 per hour plus super
  • Hybrid –Work from home (WFH) and Sydney CBD office

Two vacancies are available! Interview before the holidays and secure a role starting 12 January 2026. This property group operates a genuine hybrid model (50/50 home and office) and is offering you a temp-to-perm arrangement, allowing you to experience the role and the company culture before committing. With two positions open, you could be considered for either a short-term temporary assignment or a long-term permanent role.

With a fabulous reputation in the property industry, this business is recognised as a market leader with a clear vision. They specialise in property asset management, and in this role, you will manage the accounts for one of their portfolios.  Reporting to an inspirational leader, your broad remit will include property financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, month-end, accruals, prepayments, balance sheets, bank reconciliations, and outgoing reconciliations.

You will have prior property accounting experience and have ideally used either MRI, Yardi, Cougar or any other property management software for reporting.
