About the Role
We’re seeking an experienced Temp Property Officer to support a busy North Shore real estate team during their peak period. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who can hit the ground running and is confident managing inspections and routine property tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct routine, ingoing, and outgoing inspections.
- Complete inspection reports using PropertyMe or similar platforms.
- Use Inspection Express or similar software for compliance and reporting.
- Conduct open home inspections on Wednesdays and Saturdays across the Chatswood–Mosman area.
- Experience as a Property Officer or Assistant Property Manager.
- Strong knowledge of PropertyMe, Inspection Express, or comparable systems.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Certificate of Registration.
- Immediate start, perfect for candidates ready to jump in right away.

- Paying up to $50ph + super depending on experience.
