The opportunity
We are looking for an experienced Candidate Manager to join our busiest and most successful team our Legal Support team.
Responsibilities will include
- Phone screening
- Interviewing and recommending candidates
- Conducting database searches
- Reviewing ad response
- Headhunting top talent
- Writing job advertisements
- Reference checks
- Office administration
- Creating and managing online and email marketing
- Provide high quality candidate care
About you
- Previous recruitment experience - agency or internal
- Knowledge of legal will be highly advantageous
- Professional presentation and communication
- You're fiercely competitive and constantly strive to always achieve a positive outcome for your clients and candidates
- You excel at sourcing candidates in niche markets,
- Strong influencing skills
- Thrive in fast paced environments
