You’ll also promote Poolwerx’s full range of products and services. From retail sales to servicing, repairs and mobile operations. You will ensuring every customer enjoys a complete pool care experience!
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of daily store operations
- Lead, coach and motivate your team to deliver outstanding customer service
- Drive sales growth and encourage upselling across Poolwerx’s product and service range
- Maintain strong visual merchandising and store presentation standards
- Manage stock levels, inventory control, and ordering
- Analyse sales reports to identify opportunities and improve results
- Ensure compliance with company policies, WHS, and brand standards
- Proven experience as a Retail Store Manager or Team Leader
- Strong leadership and communication skills with a hands-on approach
- A customer-first mindset and passion for creating great in store experiences
- Commercial awareness and confidence managing KPIs and budgets
- Solid understanding of inventory management and store operations
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
