This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of prestigious projects from concept through to completion, working within a collaborative and forward-thinking team.
About the Role
As a Senior Architect, you’ll lead projects through all RIBA stages, managing everything from initial surveys and concept layouts to detailed tender and construction packages. You’ll liaise with councils, consultants, and contractors, ensuring compliance with UK Building Regulations and delivering exceptional results for high-profile clients. Please note, this role is not responsible for Business Development and is not client facing.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage projects end-to-end across all RIBA stages (0–7)
- Prepare and develop drawings, models, and documentation for design and planning submissions
- Produce detailed tender and construction packages, including technical drawings and schedules
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and suppliers throughout the project lifecycle
- Supervise and mentor junior team members
- Attend site meetings and resolve queries during construction
- Strong post-Part III experience, with a proven track record in high-end residential projects
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and SketchUp
- Excellent knowledge of UK Planning and Building Regulations
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Collaborative mindset with strong communication skills
