Senior Associate - Property

This highly regarded, well resourced boutique firm in Sydney CBD prides itself on delivering practical, commercially focused advice to a diverse client base. Expanding their property practice group, this is an opportunity for an experienced Property Lawyer to continue in their career and work closely with clients throughout their entire business lifecycle.

About the Role:

As a Senior Associate, you will advise on a wide range of property and commercial matters, including:
• Structuring new businesses and drafting commercial and property contracts
• Acting for landlords and tenants in leasing commercial, industrial and retail premises
• Supporting clients through expansion, acquisitions and eventual retirement or sale
You will play a key role in providing strategic, solutions-driven advice that meets the commercial objectives of your clients.

What We’re Looking For:

• At least 6 years post-admission experience in property law
• Strong technical skills combined with a practical, client-focused approach
• Ability to manage complex matters independently
• Client focused communication and relationship-building skills

What’s on Offer

• Salary package of circa $150,000 – $180,000 – dependant on experience and in line with market
• Predominantly office-based role in Sydney CBD with reasonable flexibility
