We’re looking for a Senior Financial Accountant to take the reins of the end-to-end finance function across multiple entities — managing everything from revenue recognition and commission calculations to month-end reporting and financial analysis.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Own the end-to-end month-end process across several entities
- Manage contractor and perm revenue recognition, commission structures, and accruals
- Prepare and review P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow statements
- Oversee reconciliations across AP, AR, bank, and intercompany accounts
- Partner with sales and operations on billing, commissions, and performance reporting
- Drive budgeting, forecasting, and analysis to support key business decisions
- Ensure compliance with audit, BAS, GST, payroll tax, and super obligations
- CA/CPA qualified (or working towards it)
- 3+ years’ commercial accounting experience, ideally in recruitment, professional services, or another fast-paced industry
- Confident managing multi-entity accounting and end-to-end month-end close
- Strong understanding of revenue recognition and commission models
- Hands-on, detail-oriented, and proactive in driving improvements
- Great communicator who enjoys partnering with non-finance stakeholders
- Experience with Xero or similar systems
