Senior Human Resources Business Partner

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and commercially minded Senior Human Resources Business Partner to join our team on a twelve month fixed-term contract. This role partners closely with senior leaders to support the full employee lifecycle, provide strategic and operational HR guidance and help drive a high performing and engaged organisation. Working collaboratively across local and regional HR teams, the Senior Human Resources Business Partner plays a critical role in aligning people initiatives with business priorities and supporting growth within a fast paced advertising environment.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Partner with leaders to provide strategic and operational human resources support across the business.
  • Support the full employee lifecycle and contribute to a positive and consistent employee experience.
  • Advise on employee relations matters and support fair and effective people practices.
  • Collaborate with local and regional HR teams to deliver people initiatives aligned to business priorities.
  • Contribute to capability development workforce planning and organisational effectiveness.
  • Support talent acquisition onboarding and ongoing people processes.
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
About You:
  • Extensive experience as a HR Business Partner, with a minimum of seven years in a similar role.
  • Strong expertise in employee relations, organisational design, performance management and retention.
  • Solid understanding of employment legislation and contemporary practices.
  • Confident, pragmatic and collaborative, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proven track record of driving positive change, building capability and supporting a high performing and engaged workforce.
