Are you ready to make a real impact on people, culture, and performance at a senior level? As the Senior Organisational Development Partner, you will work alongside executive leaders to shape organisation-wide initiatives that address both immediate priorities and long-term goals. Using your strategic insight combined with hands-on delivery, you will lead the design and implementation of key OD programs, including refreshed leadership capability frameworks that strengthen culture, capability, and performance. Your ability to build credibility with executives and guide them to set clear expectations, give effective feedback, and foster a high-performance, coaching-focused environment will be central to your success.
What you’ll do:
- Partner with executive leaders and key stakeholders to shape enterprise-wide people and culture initiatives, ensuring OD programs respond to current needs while anticipating future workforce priorities aligned with strategic objectives.
- Design and deliver organisational development solutions that strengthen talent management practices, drive cultural transformation, and enhance employee engagement across all levels.
- Lead targeted development initiatives for teams and individuals, managing the end-to-end design, delivery, and analysis of employee surveys, and translating findings into practical actions.
- Ensure all OD strategies and programs align with the organisation’s overarching direction, reinforce core values, and contribute to broader corporate outcomes.
- Proven experience designing, delivering, and evaluating organisational development initiatives, including cultural transformation, modern talent management practices, and performance frameworks.
- Strong coaching and influencing skills with senior leaders and teams, supported by expertise in behavioural facilitation, consulting, and performance coaching.
- Highly developed interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills, including confident negotiation and presentation abilities.
- Advanced proficiency with organisational and individual diagnostic tools, excellent data interpretation skills, and solid project and change management experience.
- Experience in financial services is highly desirable, providing insight into the unique challenges and regulatory environment of the sector.
