  • Strong policy development experience within central government, ideally including a background in regulatory or legislative policy.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-agency collaboration and manage complex policy projects end-to-end.
  • Exceptional analytical, strategic, and communication skills to produce high-quality advice for Ministers and senior leaders.
