Are you a hands-on supply chain professional with strong SAP experience and a focus on accuracy and delivery performance? Join a leading global power management company where you’ll coordinate purchasing, supplier communication, and stock management to keep materials moving seamlessly through the supply chain.
You’ll work closely with production, logistics, and planning teams to ensure supply and demand stay aligned, materials arrive on time, and systems are always up to date. The ideal candidate will be confident using SAP, understand the end-to-end purchasing process, and enjoy working in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment.
 Key Responsibilities 
- Raise, manage, and track purchase orders through SAP to ensure materials arrive on time and in full
- Monitor stock levels, lead times, and forecasts to maintain inventory balance across sites
- Liaise with suppliers, logistics partners, and 3PLs to resolve delays or discrepancies
- Support the SIOP process by providing data, reports, and updates on material availability
- Maintain data accuracy in ERP and ensure alignment between purchasing and supply planning
- Participate in supply and inventory review meetings to help achieve OTD and DOH targets
- Contribute to process improvements that enhance visibility, accuracy, and efficiency
- MUST HAVE previous experience in a buying, purchasing, supply chain, or inventory coordination role within a manufacturing or industrial environment
- Strong SAP experience and understanding of end-to-end PO workflows
- Proven ability to prioritise and manage multiple moving parts with accuracy
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive, problem-solving approach
- Exposure to continuous improvement or supply chain optimisation initiatives is a plus
- Full-time, unrestricted working rights in Australia
