Warehouse Operative and Driver

Are you ready to join a vibrant, creative team and support the delivery of exceptional design pieces? A growing London-based design and fabrication company is seeking a reliable and proactive Warehouse Operative & Driver to support warehouse operations and logistics across their high-end interior and bespoke projects.

About the Role
This role is hands-on and varied. You’ll be delivering and collecting bespoke items across London and beyond, managing inventory systems, organising the warehouse, and driving the company vehicle when required. You’ll work closely with the warehouse manager and the procurement team, ensuring stock is accurately handled, logged and stored, and that delivery schedules are met. Forklift duties will be required from time to time. Your contribution will help maintain the high standard of storage, delivery and vehicle operations which underpin this company’s reputation for quality and creativity.

Why This Role Matters
  • You’ll contribute directly to smooth logistics and warehouse workflow, enabling the company to deliver on time and maintain its high-end reputation.
  • You’ll be part of a collaborative and creative environment, working alongside designers, craftspeople and logistics staff.
  • It’s an opportunity to hold a key role in an organisation where detail, form and finish matter — not just for furniture or lighting, but for pieces of interior art and bespoke commissions.
  • The benefits are strong: generous holiday entitlement, a birthday day off, bonus holiday after one year of service, company sick pay, pension plan, subsidised gym membership, cycle-to-work scheme, an employee assistance programme, social events and ongoing training opportunities.
What We’re Looking For
  • A clean and valid driving licence (essential).
  • Excellent attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.
  • A thoughtful, “can-do” attitude — able to operate independently within a team environment.
  • Someone comfortable driving a van/vehicle in London traffic, delivering safely, and interacting professionally on-site and with clients and team members.
  • Forklift experience is preferred (or willingness to train), and sound awareness of health & safety in a warehouse environment.
If you’re ready to bring reliability, care, and energy to a dynamic design-driven company, we’d love to hear from you. Please apply in full confidence - your application will be treated with discretion.
To apply, please submit your CV and a brief covering note explaining why you are a great match for this role.
