We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established professional services firm based in the Perth CBD.
The Role
They are looking for a part-time Bookkeeper / Accounts Assistant. This position is for 2–3 days per week and will see you working closely with the wider finance team to provide high-quality accounts support.
Your Duties
- Processing transactions into MYOB for individuals and entities, including reconciliations
- Accounts payable support
- Assisting the Credit Controller with end-of-month invoicing and client correspondence
- Providing support across trust account processes
- Other ad hoc administrative and finance duties as required
- Experience in a similar bookkeeping or accounts support role
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Flexible part-time arrangement
- Supportive and friendly working environment
- Opportunity to work closely with an experienced finance team
