The Role
Reporting to the Finance Manager, the responsibilities of the role will include,
- Full function Accounts Payable and managing employee expenses
- Accounts Receivable processing, banking, receipting and allocating payments
- Bank reconciliations, student account reconciliations, government funding reconciliations
- Dealing with customer and supplier queries
About you
The successful applicant will have/be,
- Experienced in Full function Accounts Payable and Receivables
- Strong reconciliation and problem solving skills
- Experienced in MYOB and XERO, strong Excel skills
- Well developed communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to initiate process improvements
